The Operational Moonshot: Grid Modernization–  Accomplishing an energy moonshot will require a continued focus on grid modernization and continuous improvement of operations through digital transformation. This track will focus on current and future efforts to create a resilient, sustainable, and digital grid.

The Innovation Launch Pad:  Utility Transformation- Transformation does not happen overnight. It takes persistent progress based on a methodology of innovation. Modernizing the utility business will require this type of methodical change, and this track will focus on how utilities can use technology to speed up these efforts. Furthermore, it will look at how changing revenue models, policy, regulation, and internal utility strategy will impact the business.

Engaging Liftoff: The Future of Customer-Centricity – The last decade has seen incredible progress at utilities in regards to how we interact and engage customers. However, this is just the tip of the rocket. This track will focus on how customer data will revolutionize programmatic offerings, communications, and engagement. The moonshot will only be possible if utilities focus on making customers the centerpiece of their business.
