Emeka Anyanwu

Emeka Anyanwu leads teams responsible for Power Resource Management and Planning, Customer Energy Solutions, and Electrification strategy. His team is helping to lead Seattle City Light’s efforts to evolve the utility as the operational and business models pivot to meet the current and future customer and community needs and expectations in the new energy marketplace.

Emeka is a long-time member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and has been active as an attendee and presenter at a variety of industry events. He has also served on the External Advisory Committee for the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department at Iowa State University and is a graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s Centurions Leadership program. Emeka is new to Seattle and the Pacific Northwest and joined Seattle City Light in March 2018.
