Neil Veilleux


Neil Veilleux is a Principal at Cadmus where he oversees Cadmus’s distributed energy resources (DER) and strategic electrification practices. Mr. Veilleux has 15+ years expertise providing market research, evaluation, program design, and strategic planning services across the clean energy sector, with a special focus on beneficial electrification of the transportation and building sectors. He has led or supported clean energy market, investment, and policy analyses on behalf of numerous state, city and utility clients, including New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC), Southern California Edison, National Grid, City of Boston, and New York City Mayor’s Office, among many others. Prior to joining Cadmus, Mr. Veilleux was a Vice President at Meister Consultants Group. He has served on the Steering Committee for Yale’s Renewable Thermal Alliance, a Renewable Energy Fellow for the Heinrich Boell Foundation, and a Fulbright Scholar in Germany.
